  A Realistic Sunday Reset for Busy Moms Sunday is supposed to be the day we rest, recharge, and prepare for the week ahead. But if you’re a mom, especially a mom with a busy family, Sunday can sometimes feel like the final boss of the week.  😂 There are clothes everywhere, sports bags that smell questionable, a fridge that needs attention, and approximately 47 things you suddenly remember need to happen before Monday morning. And honestly? I’ve stopped trying to make my Sunday reset look like the ones you see on Pinterest. There are no perfectly organized baskets, spotless baseboards, or beautifully labelled meal-prep containers around here. Our Sunday reset is much more realistic. It’s about getting our family somewhat organized so that Monday doesn’t completely knock us over. 1. I Start With the Calendar Before I do anything else, I look at the week ahead. Appointments.   Cheeseburger Quesadillas A fun mash-up of a juicy cheeseburger and a crispy, cheesy quesadilla. Servings: 4 Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 15 minutes Ingredients 1 lb (450 g) ground beef 1 small onion, finely diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tsp yellow mustard (optional) 2 cups shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese 4 large flour tortillas 2 tbsp butter or oil Optional toppings/fillings: Dill pickle slices, chopped Diced tomatoes Shredded lettuce (add after cooking) Cooked bacon bits Sliced jalapeños Burger Sauce (Optional but Recommended) Mix together: ¼ cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp chopped pickles or pickle relish 1 tsp yellow mustard ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp paprika Instructions Cook the beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
